Giving at Pembroke is transformational, making a difference in the lives of generations of students.

Giving

Our aim is that Pembroke students are afforded opportunity, innovation and exceptional learning experiences to grow into knowledgeable, engaged and kind citizens.

Since 1989, the Pembroke School Foundation has received generous support from the School community, allowing us to provide financial assistance to existing programs and funding for new ventures including the School’s Master Plan.

Without this support, spectacular leaps forward for our School cannot occur. Thank you to all of our families and treasured friends who support the Foundation.

Ways to Give

Explore the many ways your support can help shape the lives of countless young people. We warmly encourage you to consider supporting the School’s priority projects, for which several funds have been established. Every contribution, no matter the size, plays a vital role in ensuring our students continue to learn, grow and thrive.

Haslam Oval Precinct Project

Pembroke has a bold vision to cultivate Haslam Oval as a place that unites our community like never before with a world-class multifunctional centre featuring 2,100 seats, three basketball courts, a gymnasium with strength and conditioning facilities and a dance studio. Our transformational plans also include agile teaching, learning and gathering spaces, a full AFL oval and other leading-edge sporting facilities.

Pembroke Building Fund

The Pembroke Building Fund directly supports the School’s Master Plan which is focused on ensuring required facilities are built on all campuses and Sub-Schools. Donations to this fund are tax deductible.

Pembroke Scholarship Fund

We believe a Pembroke education creates the opportunity for children to change their world. The Pembroke Scholarship Fund supports a range of Scholarships including academic, music, country, Indigenous and needs-based.

Over the years, Pembroke has assisted hundreds of learners including many at an educational disadvantage due to financial difficulties, severe hardship or geographical distance. These students found a friendly and supportive community at Pembroke and countless opportunities to engage their interests and passions. They have thrived in a wide range of pursuits, both at the School and beyond.

By donating to the Scholarship Fund, you can help ensure that opportunities for deserving young people continue at Pembroke. Donations to this fund are tax deductible.

Pembroke Endowment Fund

The Pembroke Endowment Fund supports the economic future of the School. Donations are invested in perpetuity to provide a future income stream designed to allow the School to go from strength to strength and take advantage of key strategic opportunities without having to significantly increase fees or feel the full impact of reductions in government funding. In the past, donors have bequeathed and donated funds to the Endowment Fund for both general and specific purposes. Donations to this fund are not tax deductible.

Indigenous Education at Pembroke (IE@P) Program

Established in 2009, the Indigenous Education at Pembroke (IE@P) program supports our Indigenous students and celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures within and beyond the learning curriculum. The program, which includes financial assistance, paves the way for accessible, high quality education and future success. Donations are tax deductible.
