Parents
We proudly walk alongside our incredible parents to support our students in the classroom and beyond.
Our close partnership with parents is fundamental to life at Pembroke.
Our Class Teachers in Junior School and Home Group Teachers in Middle and Senior School provide ongoing care and connection. Families are also supported by our Heads of House, Year Level Coordinators, Dean of Student Wellbeing (ELC-12), Head of Student Wellbeing (Junior School), Psychologists, Counsellors, Arts Therapist, Registered Nurses, Heads of Inclusive Education, Hearing Unit staff and our beloved Wellbeing Dogs.
These relationships are underpinned by regular communication including through our fortnightly e-newsletter The Arrow and Trove, the School’s key information, communications and learning platform. Many of these resources including real-time information can be accessed via the Pembroke School App, and Junior School parents can also engage with their child’s learning journey on Toddle.
The support of our parent community is instrumental in strengthening our learning and caring culture and creating a strong sense of belonging for all. Parents can be members of the School Board, Board-appointed committees, and the Parents’ and Friends’ Association and its associated groups. In addition, Year Level Representatives foster connections within their cohorts. Our parents enjoy each other’s company throughout these precious years, from after-school pick up to the sporting sidelines to vibrant social events and more.

From Our Parents
If you want to challenge yourself, grow and be part of something meaningful, Pembroke will meet you where you are – and take you further, just as it has done for my son.

Our Vision
Free to be ourselves and find our place as we shape a hopeful future.
Pembroke’s story began in 1974 when two single-sex schools united behind the power of co-education.
Our unique learning and caring culture fosters equality of opportunity for all, making us stronger together.
